Airport Transfer Form


 Complimentary airport transfers will be available from Quito's International Airport (UIO) to participating host hotels ONLY on the official arrival days of May 3rd and May 4th.  In order to guarantee your transfer, we must receive the below form with your details no later than April 17, 2009.

RETURN TRANSFER: Vouchers for return airport transfers in Guayaquil on May 10th will be distributed on site. You must reserve your return transfer with William H. Coleman, Inc. Staff at the event.
