Your SUPPLIER Registration Fee includes:
Two Delegate Badges; One booth/office or table (to be determined - based on floor plan), four chairs & sign for the Marketplace and Travel Exposition on May 21 in Quito; an Official CD Directory; Meeting Guide & Appointments Summary; Travel Exchange Appointment Summary; Appointments Summary FAX; and attendance to all business & social activities.  **The actual number of Appointments that you receive will depend upon Buyer and Travel Agent interest in your product.  We cannot force Buyers and Travel Agents t request an appointment with you.
