The 3rd annual “See Ecuador” is scheduled for this May
16 - 22, 2010. "See Ecuador" is designed to increase inbound tourism
to all four (4) of Ecuador’s Tourism Regions/Destinations: Amazon,
Andes, Pacific Coast, and Galapagos. Tour Operator Buyers and Retail
Travel Agents from the USA, Canada, Europe, and Suppliers from all
Ecuador destinations participate.
The “See Ecuador” activities include:
• May 16,
Guayaquil; Arrival,
Sightseeing and Welcome.
• May 17, Guayaguil; Presentations, City Tours, and Site
Inspections
• May 18, Guayaquil - Cuenca; Breakfast in Guayaquil & site
inspections during the morning; Scenic Bus trip to Cuenca.
• May 19, Cuenca; City Tours & Hotel Site Inspections
• May 20,
Cuenca - Quito; Presentations, City Tours, and Site Inspections
• May 21, Quito; Supplier/Buyer Marketplace; Travel Agent
Seminars Workshops; Supplier/Buyer & Travel Agent,
Exposition with pre-scheduled appointments.
Tour Operator/Buyer Registration fees are $250 and include single
room accommodations at host hotels, inter-city air transportation,
airport transfers, pre-scheduled “Marketplace” appointments with
Suppliers and Travel Agents, seminars, sightseeing, site
inspections, social functions, ground transportation, and a CD
Directory of all participants.
Travel Agent Registration fees are $195 and include double room
accommodations at host hotels, inter-city air transportation,
airport transfers, pre scheduled “Marketplace” appointments with
Suppliers and Tour Operators, seminars and workshops, all business
and social functions, ground transportation, and a CD Directory of
all participants.
Tour Operators/Buyers and Travel Agents
are also eligible for discount airfares on American Airlines, the Official
“See Ecuador” Airline.
Suppliers Registration Fees are $795 and include two delegates, a
booth/office/table-top and pre-scheduled appointments with Tour
Operators/Buyers and Travel Agents at the “Marketplace” in Cuenca
Thursday, May 20, participation at business and social functions, and
a CD Directory of all participants. Suppliers also qualify for
a reduced round trip airfare to Cuenca on AeroGal & TAME, the
official "See Ecuador Host Country Airlines.
